Before taking apart my card I had no idea what I needed for thermal pads. Since good pads are expensive and hard to find here is a reference for everyone else.
Pics of everything but crappy pics of the measurements.
On the front I measured everything to be 1mm thick except the 4 pieces for the RAM (around the GPU) that are 2mm thick. Some overall dimensions might be off since the pads have been flattened and distorted.
A quick run down left to right skipping the RAM pieces.

The pads around the GPU that are in contact with the RAM chips are 2mm thick. Notice how well the one on the left lines up with the modules.
